Applications for positions will be processed electronically through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) and include:

  • Curriculum vitae

  • Official medical school transcripts

  • USMLE and/or COMLEX transcripts

  • Personal statement

  • At least three letters of recommendation

  • Medical Student Performance Evaluation

  • Applicant must be eligible for temporary Illinois medical licensure

An interview is required for appointment to the program. Interviews are offered by personal invitation following a comprehensive review of application materials. Fourth year audition rotations are encouraged, however, not mandatory.

In accordance with the Society of Academic Urology 2023 Urology Residency Match Policy, all in-person interviews will be converted to video-based interviews for the 2022-23 season.
